Floor Plans & Capacity Charts Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal is the ideal Orlando hotel from which to host small and mid-size meetings and conferences. The hotel offers a creative exhibit arena including the Crowne Ballroom and its pre-function area. Capacities range from 10-15 vendors with table top displays. Our Crowne Ballroom is located on the ground floor and provides 3,910 square feet of space. The ballroom can accommodate up to 400 theater-style, 200 classroom seating, and fine dining for 250.

The Ballroom can also be partitioned into three Salons, each capable of seating up to 163 theater-style, 68 in a classroom configuration, or host a dinner for 80 guests. Rooms are equipped with a large wall mounted presentation screen. One of the salons can be sub-divided into two smaller rooms seating 33 theater-style or handling a sit-down luncheon for 40 guests. All facilities are available and equipped for catered events, product presentations and business meetings.

Other meeting facilities at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal hotel include the Plaza Board Room, designed to seat ten for directors meetings or committee conferences; and the 912 square foot Lower Mezzanine which can handle 55 persons in classroom seating, or a dinner for up to 70. This room can split into two separate break-out rooms. Also available are our two recent additions, the 758 square foot Gallery and the 920 square foot Studio. These rooms incorporate ceiling to floor windows with stunning views.

All business functions are supported by a fully equipped 24-hour Business Center, so that business executives can stay in touch with associates and clients while enjoying themselves in Central Florida.
